We focus on digital marketing services for natural food & beverage companies and nonprofit organizations, including paid media, social media, email marketing, and influencer relations.

Role Overview

The Account Coordinator supports client account management and internal operations, reporting to the Account Manager. Responsibilities include client communication, task coordination, and project support across digital marketing campaigns, social media, and administrative tasks. This is a remote position working PST hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client & Account Support: Assist in organizing client deliverables, note-taking during calls, preparing materials for meetings, maintaining documentation, and providing administrative support.
  • Project & Task Coordination: Track project timelines, send reminders, ensure resources are shared, and update workflows under guidance.
  • Team Collaboration & Communication: Participate in weekly meetings, surface blockers, relay feedback, and coordinate cross-departmental hand-offs.

  • High task completion rate with minimal oversight
Required Skills & Experience
  • 2-3 years in account coordination, marketing, project management, or related fields
  • Remote work experience and ability to work PST hours

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability and openness to feedback
  • Interest in digital marketing and career growth in the field
  • Bonus: Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and tools such as Teamwork, Notion, Slack, Google Suite
  • Bonus: Experience in copywriting, content creation, or influencer marketing
