VRC Companies, LLC. is seeking an Account Resolution Specialist to support AR collections for a large portfolio and help drive cash flow improvements.

You will partner with the AR Invoicing and Cash Applications teams to optimize processes and customer experience across multiple locations. The role requires familiarity with billing guidelines, tracing non-payments, and advancing aging metrics while coordinating with field teams and management.

Responsabilités

• Monitor assigned portfolio of clients.
• Follow billing guidelines for portfolios and troubleshoot non-payment (skip tracing, dunning letters, calls and emails).
• Review portfolio regularly to address paged receivables and escalate uncollected accounts.
• Interface with field, sales and customer service to resolve disputes and provide collection support.
• Attend monthly meetings with AVP and DOO on aging and problem accounts.
• Review policies and suggest improvements; build cross-department relationships.
• Help create productivity standards and measure performance.
• Research and resolve billing, cash application, and account issues.
