HomeTeam Pest Defense is hiring an Account Representative in Austin, TX. Expect door-to-door outreach to homeowners, educating customers about pest-control products, and generating sales with training provided.

You will build lasting relationships, handle sales paperwork, and operate independently in a flexible outdoor role. Competitive pay with a lucrative $60K–$80K annual range, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners with patience and persistence.
• Explain and demonstrate benefits and prices of HomeTeam's products and services to customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately so Pest Control Techs have the information they need.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
• Enjoy working outside and meeting new people.
• Work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable with all customers.

• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
