HomeTeam, a subsidiary of Rollins, Inc., is seeking an Account Representative to generate sales by reaching out to homeowners in assigned areas. The role involves outdoor outreach, relationship-building, and presenting HomeTeam’s pest control solutions.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided. Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to work flexible hours in outdoor settings. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are included.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners through patience and persistence.
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services to current and potential customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately so Pest Control Techs have what they need to serve homeowners.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
• Be comfortable working outside and meeting new people.
• Work flexible hours and stay organized and personable with diverse customers.

• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
