Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. in Houston hires an Account Representative with a company vehicle to join our maintenance team. This role involves reaching out to homeowners to generate sales, explain benefits, and help customers schedule services.

No prior sales experience is required — we provide training. You’ll drive to assigned neighborhoods, build relationships, and work with a friendly, supportive team; earning potential is between $60K and $80K per year.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided!
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Reach homeowners in your area to generate sales by knocking doors, mailing, and calling.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners through patience and persistence.
• Explain benefits and prices of HomeTeam's services to current and potential customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately for Pest Control Techs to create a delightful homeowner experience.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
• Enjoy outdoor work and meeting new people.
• Work flexible hours and stay organized and personable with all sorts of customers.

Responsibilities

No Sales Experience Necessary, we will train you! As a HomeTeam Inside Sales Representative, you can expect to:

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam's products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
• Do you like working outside and meeting new people?
