HomeTeam is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to engage homeowners in assigned areas and generate sales for pest control solutions. You will explain product benefits, handle sales documents, and support field staff to ensure a delightful customer experience.

The role involves outdoor work, independent scheduling, and meeting people daily. No prior experience is required; comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors and calling.
• Explain and demonstrate benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services.
• Complete sales documents accurately to support Pest Control Techs.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners through patience and persistence.
• Work independently and adapt to flexible hours while meeting new people.

Responsibilities

No Sales Experience Necessary, we will train you! As a HomeTeam Inside Sales Representative, you can expect to:

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
• Do you like working outside and meeting new people?
• Can you work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable with all sorts of customers?
