Job summary

HomeTeam is seeking an Account Manager in the Charlotte area to reach out to homeowners, generate sales, and build lasting relationships. They will explain HomeTeam’s pest control options and prices, and handle sales documentation for seamless pest control scheduling.

No prior sales experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. The role offers outdoor work, flexible hours, and a supportive team environment with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• No Sales Experience Necessary, we will train you!

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners through patience and persistence.
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services to current and potential customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
