Job summary

Michael Casseri - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations, nurture customer relationships, and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will contribute by proactively marketing relevant products and services, growing the agency’s client base, and ensuring high-quality service to policyholders in the Williamsville area.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to develop leads and build customer relationships.
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

As Account Representative for Michael Casseri - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.


• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.


• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.


• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.


• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.


• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.


• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.


• Dedicated to customer service.


• Able to anticipate customer needs.


• Able to effectively relate to customers.


• Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license.
