Chuck Carnahan Insurance Agency Inc. is seeking a Sales Account Representative to support daily operations and drive customer success.

You will grow the agency by building meaningful customer relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will improve lives by proactively marketing relevant products and services with an uncapped commission and clear path to advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.

Responsibilities

• Call, text, develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Cold calling to establish new relationships
• Cross sell customers and pivot to uncover customer needs
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
• Positive attitude with a winning mindset
