Lauren Snead State Farm is seeking an Account Representative to drive customer solutions and grow the agency through proactive outreach, lead development, and responsive service.

You will build relationships, identify needs, discuss options, and coordinate with agency departments to ensure satisfaction. Flexible schedule and remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
• Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities
