Job summary

Terry Monroe - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative in the United States (New York area) to support daily operations and customer success. You will help grow the agency by building meaningful customer relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will proactively market relevant insurance and financial services products, ensuring excellent service and timely follow-up to meet customer needs and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside, inside, retail, or telemarketing) is preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships is preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
