Mallory Pfingstler - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and grow the agency through strong customer relations. You will act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, proactively marketing relevant products and services to improve customers' lives.

The ideal candidate has experience in sales and customer service, excels at communication, and enjoys helping others in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.

About our Agency:

I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a Recruiter and Account Manager, experiences that helped me develop a passion for building relationships, developing talent, and helping others succeed.

I graduated from Belmont University, where I played Division I golf, and today my husband is a valued member of our agency team. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, traveling, and spending time with our two sons.

You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
