Get ready for an amazing opportunity - we are a high-performing agency, providing top-notch training with a long history of success (backed by the nation's most popular insurance choice). HOWEVER, if you accept a position with our office, we want to ensure you enjoy the job AND can contribute to our success, so please read these REQUIREMENTS:

FIRST, this is a 99% Remote Position; however, applicants must reside in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area or nearby areas.

SECOND, it is a requirement for at least 1 year of P&C insurance experience in the Salt Lake City Area OR at least 2 years of sales experience where you had to pursue, convince, and follow up with potential customers (order-taking jobs, primarily customer service roles, and jobs where leads come to you and choose — these are great experiences but won't count towards the experiences we are seeking).

FINALLY, this is a base salary plus monthly bonus based on performance pay structure. The pay range listed is for the total year-end pay and will be based on experience and performance.
