Ashley Fox - State Farm Agent in Riverview, FL is seeking an Account Representative to join a growing agent team. You will build and develop customer relationships while promoting auto, home and life insurance products, and you will explore the path to becoming a State Farm agent.

This role offers salary plus commission, paid time off, flexible hours, and growth opportunities within the agency. Sales experience and a valid PC license (and willingness to obtain Life/Health licenses) are preferred.

Position Overview

Do you have aspirations to run your own business? If so, you may want to consider working in the office of Ashley Fox - State Farm Agent. As a member of our agency team, you have an opportunity to experience first‑hand what it takes to be a State Farm Agent. You will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. This position will allow you experience working in an agent's office and to explore the opportunity to become a State Farm agent yourself.

Responsibilities

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Work with the agent to identify and support local community events in our market.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
• Self-motivated
• Proactive in problem solving
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
