Matt Davidson - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member in Raymore, MO to help grow the business through value-based conversations and outstanding customer experience.

You will build relationships, provide prompt service for inquiries about insurance, coverages, policy changes, and billing, and work as part of a team with opportunity for income growth through salary plus commission.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
