Keith Strain State Farm is seeking an Account Representative to grow our agency through customer relationships, marketing insurance products and delivering exceptional service in a production-based role.

This full-time position offers a competitive base salary plus commission, with an income range of $45,000 to $75,000 annually, and licensing support after 90 days; health insurance and 401(k) options are included.

Qualifications

• Must hold or have the ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (license reimbursement after 90 days).
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education a plus.

As an Account Representative for Keith Strain State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and our customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relationships and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant insurance products and services, including property & casualty, life, and health insurance.
