Brad Carlisle - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations, build strong customer relations, and act as a liaison between client needs and agency services.

The role emphasizes prospecting, presenting products, and delivering friendly, accurate service to customers while maintaining a compliance-minded approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
• Property & Casualty license.
