Job summary

State Farm Agent Tim Grommersch in Memphis is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and grow the client base. You will build meaningful customer relations, identify needs, and connect clients with appropriate State Farm products and services.

Responsibilities include developing leads, scheduling appointments, answering inquiries about coverages, billing, and policy changes, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Able to anticipate and relate to customer needs.
• Property & Casualty license.

As Account Representative for Tim Grommersch - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
