Steven Hlatky - State Farm Agent in Maryville, TN is seeking an Account Representative who is outgoing and customer-focused. In this role you will grow the agency by building meaningful relationships and matching client needs with State Farm products and services.

You will develop leads, schedule appointments, and provide prompt, friendly service on inquiries about coverages, billing, and policy changes. A Property & Casualty license is preferred or required.

Formación

• Experience in sales (outside or inside) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedicated to customer service and able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to relate effectively to customers.

You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
