Josh Ellis - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and drive customer success through meaningful relationships. You will act as a liaison between customers and agency departments, promoting suitable insurance and financial products to meet client needs.

The role emphasizes prospecting, service excellence, and accurate responses to inquiries about coverage, billing, and policy changes. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Outside or inside sales experience preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication and listening skills.
• Dedicated to customer service and anticipating needs.
• A Property & Casualty license is required.

As Account Representative for Josh Ellis - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
