Branson Catalanotto - State Farm Agency Intern is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and drive customer success. You will grow the office through meaningful customer relationships and proactively market State Farm products to meet clients' needs.

As a team member, you will engage with customers, develop leads, and ensure high-quality service while supporting advancement opportunities within the agency.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships is preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills: written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Property & Casualty license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries on product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
