Jocelyn Hope - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and customer success in Grapevine, TX. You will grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

As a friendly, sales-minded professional, you will promote relevant insurance products and services, assist with applications and renewals, and maintain accurate records to help the team win together. Training is provided.
