Domenico Polo - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and customer success in Elmwood Park, IL. You will grow the agency by building meaningful customer relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency services.

You will proactively market relevant products and services, helping customers protect what matters most while contributing to a collaborative, growth-focused team culture. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member. Outside of work, I'm a professional musician who studied music in college, and I also enjoy painting, especially watercolor. Creativity and building relationships are a big part of who I am.

Role Description:

As an Account Representative for Domenico Polo - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
