You will develop leads, manage relationships, and act as a liaison between customers and agency departments, promoting relevant insurance products and services while upholding high service standards. This role emphasizes strong communication and bilingual capabilities to serve diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships is preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedicated to customer service and anticipating customer needs.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred; able to attain a Property & Casualty license.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As Account Representative for Arianna Ontiveros Insurance Agency State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Able to attain Property & Casualty license.
