Mary Byrd - State Farm Agency is seeking an Account Representative Team Member to support daily operations and drive customer satisfaction in Cleveland, MS. You will grow the office by building meaningful customer relationships and proactively marketing State Farm products to meet customers' needs.

As a helpful, sociable, and results-oriented professional, you will develop leads, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional service while aiming for advancement within the agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
