As Account Representative for the Ramirez State Farm Team, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
