Job summary

Motion Industries seeks an Account Representative II to expand their book of business by converting competitors' accounts and growing medium-sized accounts to large ones. You will maintain strong customer relationships and manage expectations to drive revenue and profitability.

The role requires understanding complex customer requirements, delivering impactful sales presentations, and coordinating vendor resources to support sales efforts across on-site environments. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree and three (3) to five (5) years of experience or an equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of industrial products: power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence customers, while maintaining healthy relationships.
• Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction. Ability to multitask and manage time well.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office.

This role fosters customer satisfaction by maintaining customer contact and managing customer expectations.

Increases revenue and profitability through generation of new business and further development of existing accounts. Generates new leads by networking, cold calling, researching various directories and internet sites. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
