Christopher Durr - State Farm Agency is seeking an Account Representative Team Member Intern to support daily office operations and customer success. You will grow the office through meaningful customer relations and proactively market relevant products and services to meet client needs.

As a personable, goal-driven intern, you’ll develop leads, schedule appointments, and build lasting customer relationships while delivering prompt, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to manage customer relationships and provide excellent service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in marketing products based on customer needs.
• Property & Casualty license is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations, You improve the lives of State Farm customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services to help meet their needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
• Property & Casualty license.
