Job summary

Total Quality Logistics in Daytona Beach, Florida is seeking entry-level sales representatives who will build relationships, negotiate freight deals and manage shipments from pickup to delivery. No experience is necessary as a paid, hands-on training program in sales and logistics is provided.

You’ll begin with six months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives, then work to meet sales metrics and qualify for commissions.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time‑sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands‑on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of customers and establish relationships to close new business.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers and resolve freight issues.
