Job description

We're hiring an Account Representative at our State Farm agency in Frankfort, KY.

This is a sales and service job. You'll help new customers find the right coverage and take care of the customers we already have.

What you’ll do:

• Sell auto, home, life and health coverage to new and existing customers
• Make outbound calls and follow up on leads
• Handle policy changes, billing questions and reviews
• Meet weekly and monthly sales goals

You don't need a license to apply. You'll need your Property & Casualty licenses within 30 days of hire and your Life & Health licenses within 60 days. If you're already licensed, you'll get up to speed faster.

What we’re looking for:

• Comfortable with sales goals and outbound calling
• Good with customers and clear on the phone
• Able to pass a background check
• 18 or older
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Pay: $45,000 to $90,000 per year, base salary plus commission

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
