I’m starting my 18th year as a State Farm agent and have been with the company for more than 24 years. Our team is made up of seven full-time members who are passionate about helping people and creating meaningful relationships with our customers. We offer health insurance, retirement benefits, and paid time off, along with a work environment that’s both hardworking and supportive. I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky and am actively involved with Water Step, a nonprofit dedicated to providing clean drinking water worldwide. As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Troy Coulter - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.

• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS
