Account & Relationship Management Executive - Higher Ed Sales (Nursing) - Remote KS

Overview

You will be part of the Health Learning, Research & Practice (HLRP) Business Unit within Wolters Kluwer Health. Your role involves supporting nursing higher education institutions in adopting more effective learning models. The territory covers primarily Kansas and Nebraska, focusing on selling products like CoursePoint+ (course materials), DocuCare (EHR), VSIM/VRClinicals (virtual patient simulation), and Lippincott Ready for NCLEX (testing prep).

You will manage a territory of accounts, supported by a Regional Sales Manager who provides coaching and support. Your goal is to help position Wolters Kluwer Health as a leader in digital nursing education solutions, with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain a sales pipeline through prospecting and account management to meet sales goals
  2. Create sales strategies for prospects and existing accounts, managing deals through the sales cycle
  3. Communicate with customers regarding account issues, concerns, and suggestions
  4. Negotiate service and product terms with clients
  5. Collaborate with sales, order processing, and customer support teams to develop solutions
  6. Handle add-on sales for existing clients
  7. Utilize Salesforce CRM to process, track, and organize client information

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or related fields
  • Knowledge of business, financials, products, services, and market trends within the industry
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage territory and accounts effectively

Travel: Up to 4 days per week
