CCCS is seeking an Account Recovery Specialist in Las Vegas, NV. This role focuses on managing consumer accounts to recover debts through outbound and inbound calls, rapport-building, and negotiated payment plans.

Accurate note-taking and timely follow-up are essential to meet recovery targets. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, prior admin experience, and strong typing/computer skills, including MS Office and FACS software.

This role involves making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries, building rapport with consumers, negotiating payment solutions, and ensuring precise account documentation and follow-up tracking.
