Job summary

SSi People in Rochester, NY is seeking a collections specialist to resolve outstanding and returned payments through collections, account research, and payment arrangements, while delivering courteous customer service.

You will handle high-volume inbound calls, document interactions, and maintain accurate accounts using Microsoft Excel and Word. Prior collections or payment-recovery experience is required, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time role.
