We are looking for anAccount Pricing Analyst, reporting to the leader of our Commercial Center of Excellence, supporting both our Center of Excellence team and Account Advancement leaders with quantitative analysis to inform account-focused pricing strategy. This role will contribute to the company’s growth by providing insight into our accounts’ pricing, including historical price realization, attach rates, and consumption to support company-level discount strategy, targeted sales promotions, and deal negotiations.
Your Day-to-Day:
Serve as a trusted source of truth for account pricing data, working on company-level pricing improvement initiatives with the Center of Excellence team
Work on cross-functional teams of experts to support Account Managers on account planning and deal negotiations with quantitative insights, sensitivity analysis, and pro forma modeling of recommendations
Define and continuously monitor account-focused commercial KPIs (e.g. segmented average realized pricing, attach rate, and consumption growth) quantifying the impact of our recommendations while identifying opportunities for continued improvement
What You Bring to The Team:
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for understanding how our products create value for our accounts
Strong desire to workcollaboratively and cross-functionally with an ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at a time
Passion for analytical rigor and high attention to detail balanced with ability to work quickly with imperfect information
Comfort working with large datasets and willingness to experiment and learn
Demonstrated communication skills to develop concise reports and articulate actionable insights
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, mathematics, or related field with 3+ years as an analyst
Experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI
Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years as an analyst, ideally for a software company or consulting firm, with experience in pricing or deal desk role
Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) products or other software designed to increase civil engineer productivity, ideally for infrastructure projects
Familiarity with AI tools and application to quantitative analysis
