Job summary

One80 Intermediaries in Newtown Square, PA is seeking an Account Operations Specialist to join our growing team. You will prepare and distribute EORs, coordinate claim reimbursements, and maintain accurate records in ESL systems to support premium billing.

You'll collaborate with Accounting, Claims, and Operations while ensuring HIPAA compliance and data security standards in daily activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0–2 years in administrative, insurance, accounting, or financial services.
• Insurance or healthcare exposure is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to manage deadlines.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills; basic financial knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute Explanation of Reimbursements (EORs) to brokers, TPAs, and employer groups.
• Coordinate claim reimbursement processing, including ACH authorization forms.
• Maintain accurate contact records for EOR distribution and premium billing in ESL systems.
• Support accounting operations by coordinating commission ACH forms and maintaining producer W9s.
• Track compliance requirements and escalate missing documentation as needed.
• Maintain organized electronic records and processing logs within ESL office systems.
• Provide updates to internal teams; assist coordination between Accounting, Claims, and Operations.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, data security standards, and internal procedures.

• Maintain accurate contact records for EOR distribution and premium billing within ESL systems.
