Brown & Brown seeks an Enrollment Specialist in Kentucky to support accurate processing of life insurance applications and ensure a smooth enrollment experience for customers. You will review applications, verify data, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain compliance and timely service.

The Enrollment Specialist plays a critical role in supporting and enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring the efficient processing of applications for life insurance products. This role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to work effectively within tight service-level agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and processing new applications while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.
Pay Range $18.00 - $20.00 Hourly. The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
