Job summary

The role requires translating contracts into staffing plans, overseeing supervisors, managing staffing, and ensuring client satisfaction within budget. You will report to the Regional or Senior Operations Manager and drive performance across facilities.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of commercial cleaning experience, including supervisory responsibility.
• Experience with client communication, scheduling, inspections, and labor budgets.
• Floor-care and healthcare-cleaning experience are valuable.

Responsibilities

• Translate each contract’s scope into staffing plans, cleaning schedules, and supervisor expectations.
• Visit facilities, review inspections, coach supervisors, and verify that reported problems are resolved.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, scheduling, backup coverage, and retention with company leadership.
• Compare scheduled and actual hours, review time records, monitor overtime, and address staffing problems.
• Conduct service reviews, respond to concerns, document commitments, and follow through with clients.
• Review audit scores, identify repeated deficiencies, and assign corrective actions with deadlines.
• Confirm required training is completed and documented, and ensure site procedures are followed.
• Review requests within spending authority, monitor usage, and coordinate maintenance.
