Amazon Inc. in Memphis, TN is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a mixed workforce of salaried and hourly staff.

You will drive safety, quality, attendance, and performance while delivering on-time customer orders across our three-mile workflow (First/ Middle/ Last mile). You will mentor teams, manage large-scale site projects, and use data-driven decisions to optimize productivity and efficiency, while collaborating with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, and HR to meet business

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and motivate salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Develop productivity plans through forecasting and load balancing.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and on-time customer delivery.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, HR to meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for extended shifts.
