Job summary

360clean is seeking an Account Manager in North Myrtle Beach, SC to oversee day-to-day operations across assigned client accounts. You will be the primary contact, ensuring clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and high service standards while supporting staffing and inspections to drive client retention and growth.

The role requires a flexible evening schedule (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM) with occasional daytime meetings for onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in account management, operations, or service-based industries.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Problem-solver with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for all assigned client accounts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and site visits.
• Conduct routine quality control inspections during evening service hours.
• Address and resolve client concerns within a timely manner.
• Coordinate onboarding of new accounts, including walkthroughs, key collection, and service setup.
• Manage and support cleaning staff and subcontractors across assigned accounts.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new cleaners as needed.
• Ensure proper staffing coverage for all scheduled services.
• Attend networking events to identify potential partnerships.
• Monitor service performance and implement improvements where needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, client interactions, and service updates.
• Support monthly and quarterly client meetings and reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership on operational improvements and account growth opportunities.
