360clean is seeking a dependable Quality Assurance Lead Cleaner for Myrtle Beach, SC, offering a part-time evening schedule. The role inspects completed work, supports cleaning teams, and ensures quality standards are met across multiple locations nightly.

You will travel to sites, report on findings, and provide timely feedback to staff. This position emphasizes reliability, communication, and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning, quality assurance, or team lead experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between multiple locations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Dependable and available Monday through Friday between 7:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
• Smartphone capable of completing reports and submitting photos.
• Professional communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of commercial cleaning; background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to and inspect up to three customer locations per night
• Confirm that cleaning services meet each facility’s scope of work and 360clean quality standards
• Complete inspection reports and submit photos as required
• Communicate service concerns, supply needs, and facility issues promptly
• Provide feedback and support to cleaning team members
• Perform cleaning duties only when needed to fill in for an absent cleaner or address an immediate service need
• Help maintain positive relationships with customers and cleaning teams
