Qualifications

• 1–3 years of agency experience in account management or operations.
• Working understanding of core principles across account management and operations.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing deadlines concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize information clearly for internal and client audiences.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Experience with project management platforms such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, or similar preferred.
• Experience with regulated or compliance-sensitive brands, paid media trafficking, creative asset delivery, or integrated agency environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support account management and project delivery across two brands.
• Prepare status reports and meetings.
• Manage client communications and track risks.
• Own executional projects independently from brief through delivery.
• Serve as account and operations lead.
• Help manage paid media and media creative development workflows.
• Track timelines, reviews, approvals, and client regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit deliverables for legal review.
• Ensure formats comply with client and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accuracy across project management tools, budget trackers, and resource inputs.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Work alongside senior account and operations leaders and receive mentorship across Business Innovations and Client Operations.
