Job summary

Crisp, a leading AI-driven retail data company, is seeking an Account Coordinator to support high-touch client relationships within the Smart Replenishment team. This role focuses on executing day-to-day tactical work that keeps accounts running smoothly and enables Account Managers to concentrate on strategic planning and growth.

You will own day-to-day communications, coordinate workflows, and help translate customer needs into actionable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate information into action.
• Familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools: Slack, Front, Zoom, Notion, Excel, Jira.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day customer communication by managing the general inbox and inquiries.
• Drive core account workflows, create operational tickets, and push issues through to resolution.
• Participate in live customer and internal meetings, take notes, and document decisions and actions items.
• Maintain and update customer-facing materials and internal documentation.
