Qualifications

• Must write effective communications (memos, emails, reports) using standard software.
• Effective communication with internal customers and other departments is critical.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Able to multi-task efficiently and daily with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Enter all job orders for the team and coordinate with Sales as needed.
• Verify order entry accuracy before passing to Account Specialist.
• Monitor job status with Production and Sales to ensure on-time delivery (OTD).
• Correspond with customers via email/phone when Account Specialist is unavailable.
• Provide backup as contact person for internal and external customers.
