Liquid Environmental Solutions Corporation is seeking an Implementation Coordinator to oversee onboarding and setup of new accounts. You will be the primary contact for Key Account Customers, ensuring smooth implementation and successful handoff to account administrators.

Responsibilities

• Oversee setup of new accounts.
• Support the Key Account Solutions Team and new customers.
• Serve as primary contact for Key Account Customers during implementation.
• Assist in management, rollout and implementation of new accounts.
• Participate in pre-sales meetings/presentations.
• Create weekly implementation status reports for internal/external use.
• Own end-to-end implementation process to complete setup.
• Review customer accounts to ensure timely implementations.
• Collaborate with multiple groups and departments.
• Update accounts on all first services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Facilitate transition to account administrator after implementation.
• Readiness to speak on the phone with internal customers.
