You will be the primary contact for key accounts, handle scheduling, and support onboarding to drive efficient account management. Responsibilities include data analysis for insights, reporting, and identifying process improvements to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience (customer service a plus).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Customer-first mindset with great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for key account customers, ensuring smooth communication.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing reports.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure accurate and timely account management.
• Assist in onboarding and support of new accounts.
• Analyze data and provide insights to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
