Job summary

Liquid Env Solutions of Texas is seeking an Account Maintenance Supervisor to oversee customer account setup, maintenance, and master data governance across the organization. You will lead a dedicated Account Maintenance team while handling a steady workload and serving as a subject matter expert on data quality and processes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in account maintenance, onboarding, customer master data, billing operations, revenue operations, or related administrative functions.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems highly desirable.
• Strong data governance mindset and process improvement orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, training, and performance oversight for Account Maintenance personnel.
• Assign and prioritize daily workload to ensure timely completion of account setup and maintenance requests.
• Monitor department productivity, quality, accuracy, and service levels.
• Collaborate with Sales, IT, and Finance to ensure accurate customer data across systems.
• Support data governance and prevent duplicate or incomplete records; audit as needed.
• Assist with system implementations, data validation, and cross-functional improvements.
• Maintain departmental metrics and participate in special projects.
