What's the role?

Are you a recent graduate or have recently started your career but seek more responsibility and an accelerated growth path? The Account Manager Trainee – Sales Development Program could be the perfect role for you!

What does the role involve?
  1. Sell, service, and promote the full Hilti product line directly to walk-in customers and smaller field accounts; develop innovative sales strategies through merchandising and product demonstrations.
  2. Review and analyze shipping documents and sales trends; identify and correct discrepancies to maintain optimal inventory levels for sales.
  3. Post receipts, disbursements, and material returns; review reorder recommendations to ensure adequate stock in the Hilti Store.
  4. Expedite customer backorders and coordinate deliveries to meet customer requirements cost-effectively.
  5. Reconcile inventories during opening, closing, and physical counts at the Hilti Store.
  6. Audit cycle counts, backorders, unconfirmed orders, and stock transactions to ensure inventory accuracy.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work and storefront environment; keep equipment in good condition.
  8. Perform additional duties as assigned.
What you need is:
  1. High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  2. Previous customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
  3. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead change.
  4. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  5. Strong motivation to develop sustainable customer relationships.
  6. Willingness to relocate within 18-24 months.
