At Joffe State Farm Insurance in Mesa, Arizona, we're expanding our team and looking for an outgoing, motivated Insurance Sales Representative who wants to build a career, not just find another job.
No insurance experience? That's okay. We will teach you.
We are more interested in your attitude, work ethic, communication skills, and willingness to learn than whether you've previously worked in insurance.
We believe hard work and strong performance should create opportunities to earn more.
Your base salary provides stability. Your commissions give you the opportunity to build on it.
We don't expect you to know everything on day one. We do expect you to show up ready to learn, improve, and contribute.
This isn't a position where you sit behind a desk waiting for the phone to ring.
You will have conversations, build relationships, help customers understand their insurance options, and develop new business.
This is a sales-focused role with customer service responsibilities. You will need to be comfortable making outbound calls, handling objections, following up consistently, and taking initiative.
You don't need years of insurance experience. But you do need the right mindset.
Experience in sales, customer service, banking, retail, hospitality, account management, or insurance is a plus.
Reliability, integrity, and a strong work ethic are nonnegotiable.
An Arizona Property & Casualty Insurance License is required before your first day of employment.
You do not need to be licensed to apply.

An Arizona Life & Health Insurance License will also be required as you develop in the position.
We're a growing, locally owned and operated State Farm Insurance agency in Mesa, Arizona.
We take our work seriously because the decisions customers make about insurance can have a lasting impact on their families, homes, and businesses.
We believe in giving people honest answers, explaining their options clearly, and doing what's right—even when it doesn't result in a sale.
That same philosophy applies to how we build our team.
You will know what's expected of you. You will receive coaching and support. And your effort and results will matter.
We value people who are dependable, take pride in their work, and want to keep getting better.
This isn't the right opportunity for someone looking to simply collect a paycheck.
But if you enjoy working with people, have a competitive side, and want to develop skills that can increase your earning potential, we'd like to meet you.
You don't need an insurance background. You need the motivation to build a career.
