Cynthia Shifflett - State Farm Agent seeks an Account Manager to build strong customer relationships and act as a bridge between customers and office departments. You’ll promote relevant products and services to improve customers’ lives through thoughtful service and proactive outreach.

You will grow the agency by engaging customers, conducting policy reviews, and selling appropriate policies to cold and warm leads, while supporting a fast-paced, team-driven environment in Virginia.

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

I've been with State Farm since 1994 and have worked in the insurance industry since 1989, giving me decades of experience helping customers protect what matters most. I'm a graduate of Bluefield College with a bachelor's degree and a proud grandmother who is excited to welcome another grandbaby soon.

I'm actively involved in our community as a member of the Greene County Chamber of Commerce and enjoy spending time at the local golf course. Building relationships and supporting our community are important parts of who we are.
